I began practicing Ashtanga yoga as a child with my family in Port Townsend, WA and continue to study with my childhood teacher Colleen Swantner. My practice and my teaching includes Ashtanga yoga asana principles along-side the eight-limbed philosophy. I also teach prenatal yoga and believe that yoga is beneficial to all people of all ages. I am dedicated to taking yoga off the mat to help us live a heartfelt existence. I offer a practice that suits your needs on a given day.
